A two-hour individual session that includes an initial interview, a family constellation and a closing, all in one appointment. If there is a situation in your relationships, your family or your decisions that you want to explore, you can start here: you do not need to enroll in the TEC Program.
A family constellation is offered as exploration: a way of observing and putting into words what you recognise in your own experience. It does not prove family facts or confirm hidden causes.

These are not problems the session promises to solve. They are starting points for exploration.
I find it hard to set boundaries, and afterwards I feel guilty.
There is a relationship I want to understand better.
There is a decision in front of me that leaves me confused.
Something keeps repeating in my family and I do not know how to look at it.

The session lasts two hours and includes the initial interview, the constellation and the closing in one appointment. We agree with you on the date and the language of the meeting. Any exercise is carried out with your consent and we review whether it is appropriate before starting; if it is not, we talk through the alternatives.
It is a space for exploration and understanding, within the scope of Daniela’s professional practice. What comes up in a constellation is material to observe, not proof of facts or confirmation of causes.
It does not replace psychological, psychiatric or medical care, it is not an emergency service, and it does not guarantee a particular outcome. If what you need falls outside the scope of this session, we will talk about it so you can seek the right care.
The individual session is offered separately and has its own closing. The TEC Program: support before and after your family constellation extends the accompaniment around that experience — a preparation session before, the exploration itself, an integration session after, and two follow-ups. What makes it different is the continuity between meetings and the chance to revisit the experience over time.
